As one of the city’s newest venues, the Beams is largely undiscovered by the international fashion world.
At almost 70 metres long and 35 metres wide, Space One is a spectacular space for a warehouse-length catwalk or an unforgettable afterparty. A series of interconnected spaces provide further elevated industrial backdrops for events, shoots and product display.

The venue is well connected for international events, being a short distance from London City Airport and easily accessible by the DLR. With high-spec industrial finishings, the Beams offers the chance to make a mark in a truly unique space.
With plenty of crew parking and direct drive-in access, the Beams also offers a practical base for large-scale builds and productions.
