With a capacity of more than 2,500 theatre style in its largest space, the Beams can accommodate major conferences with all the character and charm of a smaller venue.
The three main spaces can be activated in a number of ways. During the day, they offer room for breakout sessions, networking areas, additional panel talks and speaker areas. For post-event receptions, dinners and awards ceremonies, they transform with staging, bars and cutting-edge illuminations.
Meanwhile, the expansive courtyard offers a welcome outdoor space for guests, and can be used to host pop-up food outlets, outdoor entertainment and summer drinks receptions.
